The VML range is designed for mini loaders, a group 2 Casappa motor, ensures this mulcher is capable of shredding vegetation over 80 mm. Below flows, pressures and HP are required to achieve maximum results. For higher engine HP, hydraulic flows & pressures, a larger Casappa group 3 (upgrade) motor is available for an additional $600.

Additionally, this mounting bracket can be replaced with mounts from European manufactures', subject to availability. eg... Cast, Multi-One and Avant.

The SSK Mini-Forestry Mulcher range is designed to suit high and low flow mini loaders, small skid steer & remote-controlled mulcher/mowers, from 25-50 hp. The SSK 90 has a piston motor (case drain required) and is belt driven, whilst the 2 newer models are recent additions - TFK 50 & 70, designed for lower powered loaders. Both 50 & 70 use a gear driven direct drive motor that doesn't require a case drain. The heavy duty EXH Flail mulcher range is designed to suit 5-10 tonne excavators. Like all of our excavator mulchers, rear roller has been replaced with chains, and skids are adjustable, in addition, the EXH now comes standard with a mechanically operated front door and a pressure accumulator.

This latest model is now fitted with a piston motor. This results in more power and torque.

The DHL Flail mulcher range is designed to suit 1.5-5 tonne excavators. Like all of our excavator mulchers, rear roller has been replaced with chains, and skids are adjustable, all DHL's now comes standard with a mechanically operated front door. With a robust undercarriage and steel forged 1.2 kg hammers, coupled with belt driven Casappa motors. DHL has the power to mulch 80+ mm diameter vegetation.

The DHL 60 is equipped with a Casappa 11cc group 2 motor, whilst the DHL 80 has a 14cc Casappa group 2 gear motor - there is an option of a 27cc group 3 motor upgrade for a cost of $600. The DHL 95 comes standard with a 27cc Casappa group 3 motor, ideal for 3-5 tonne excavators.
